New managing director of Aalborg Industries Pty Ltd, Australia

As a part of the agreement when we acquired Gosfern Pty Ltd in May 2006, Mr Jack MacDonald was to stay on as managing director until his retirement by the end of June 2008. Jack MacDonald is one of the founders of Gosfern Pty Ltd and has been one of the driving forces behind the significant development of the company and its products within combustion technology and related control and safety systems.
Since Jack has now retired, turning 70 at the end of this year, we are pleased to announce that we have appointed his successor. Mr Graham John Roach has taken over the position as managing director of Aalborg Industries Pty Ltd as at 1 July 2008.
Graham, 46 years, born in Australia, lives with his family in the Sydney suburb Hunters Hill. Graham holds a degree in Applied Science from the University of Technology in Sydney. He has worked in various companies within the construction industry and the oil & gas industry. Besides Australia, he has worked in New Zealand, the Fiji Islands and China where he has demonstrated his managerial competences within international and technical complex business activities. He comes from a job as managing director & CEO of the Australian company Orient Resource Holdings Ltd which offers engineering solutions for steel pipe protection, steel & reinforced concrete structure and equipment in marine environments.
We welcome Graham Roach to the Aalborg Industries Group and wish him good luck with the further development of Aalborg Industries in Sydney.
We would also like to thank Jack MacDonald for excellent cooperation and wish him all the best in his retirement.
