Ownership
Since 28 August 2005, Aalborg Industries is owned by the Nordic investment fund "Altor 2003 Fund" while the Danish Employees' Capital Pension Fund "LD" and some senior management own minor percentages.
The shareholder is Aalborg Industries Holding A/S, Aalborg, Denmark.
By the end of April 2008, the Aalborg Industries' Group had 2,746 employees world-wide of whom 625 were employed at the headquarters in Denmark.
In 2007, the Aalborg Industries Group's value of the year's production amounted to DKK 2,801 million (approx. EUR 375 million or USD 582 million).
