The title of our 2010-2012 strategy is:

 

“Accountability & Innovation”

 

The global recession has put our industry under pressure, but at the same time several long-term opportunities exist and need to be explored and utilised. Therefore, in the coming period a good balance between accountability and innovation is needed. The following statements expand on the basic meaning of this expression:

  • We will maintain our market share and service our customers within our core activities – independent on market development
  • We will focus on cost reduction and efficient operation in all functions and entities
  • We will focus on growth within new/green technologies
  • We will focus on accountability to ensure clear responsibility and ownership of all activities
  • We will focus on effective innovation to ensure creation of new businesses & products and optimised methods & processes.

 

Corporate Identity

Corporate Identity characterises all the activities of the Aalborg Industries Group through a common definition of mission, vision, values, history & foundation.


All activities in the Group are to be carried out in accordance with three overall concepts – vision, mission and values, which form the basic pillars of the Corporate Identity together with history & foundation, and thus the basis of our business. This implies that in spite of local characteristics, all business groups and legal entities must identify with and adapt to the Corporate Identity.
